To apply for a free device, please complete the application form on this page. After the application is sent, expect the followings:

Your application will be reviewed by our internal staff. We will notify you via email about your eligibility.

We may reach out to you for additional information, questions, etc.

A typical refurbishing process takes at minimum 2 weeks, sometimes faster or longer, depending on how complex the refurbishing process is for a particular device and/or the availability of the device being requested.

Once the device is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email. The device can be picked up at one of our affiliated locations below:
