Donating Devices

By donating your devices to us (TechCycle), you agree to the followings:

• You authorize us to do whatever with your device.
• You agree that TechCycle shall bear no liability or responsibility for any of your device data losses or exposure. We will do our best to wipe the data on the device in a secure manner.
• If for whatever reason you want us to return your device, please contact us. We can not guarantee that we would be able to get it back, especially when it had already been given away.
• If for whatever reason the device can not be refurbished, we will do our best to recycle it properly through certified recycling companies such as Elemental Inc..

Accepting Devices

By accepting devices from us (TechCycle), you agree to the following:

• You agree to accept the device as-is.
• You agree that TechCycle shall bear no liability or responsibility for any of the issues related to or caused by the device.
• You agree that TechCycle will not be able to provide full technical support during the lifetime of the device. However, should you absolutely need tech support, you may reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
